Layout Indaba has commissioned six South African filmmakers to develop short films for the 2011 party.

Jolynn Minnaar made a vibrant video clip about the really funky BlueCollarWhiteCollar, who are well known for their funky shirts and bespoke tailoring. She was blessed sufficient to communicate to Paul van der Spuy.
Jolynn said, “There is a little something different about BlueCollarWhiteCollar. Apart from the top quality precision or the brilliant, daring and wonderful pieces, BlueCollarWhiteCollar is entertaining. When wearing a shirt from the line, you canʼt aid but include a skip to your move or a whistle to your wander.
With this in thoughts, my approach was to not only to do justice to the wonderful tailoring but to create a video clip that illustrated this exclusive factor.
Closeups of details and materials combined with pictures of amazed prospects flowed easily to a jazzy track from the Andrew Sisters. To include to the funky in-retailer atmosphere, I incorporated highspeed pictures of vibrant stitching paraphernalia for my introductory and ultimate sequences.
The workers are tremendous friendly, the merchants are charming and the clothing are worthy of focus. I had a amazing time capturing this insert and that is to be predicted – the BlueCollarWhiteCollar vibe is contagious.
The video clip was filmed on the Canon 5Dmk2 and the highspeed sequences, courtesy of Zootee Promotions, were shot on the Crimson A single digital camera. ”
